Wine Class & Dinner
Join us for a warm, mid-winter evening at the farm on Saturday, January 10 (snow date January 24), from 6–8:30 p.m., for a thoughtful, down-to-earth dinner that brings good food and wine to the table. We’ll begin with small bites and a welcoming pour, then move through a seasonal and simple four-course meal, each paired with wines that tell the story of how flavors work together. Learn from sommelier and wine educator Margot Mazur, who will guide us through a wine class focused on wine tasting and appreciation basics, food pairing, and the magic of American wines. $100 per person: a cozy, memorable night and a lovely holiday gift for anyone who appreciates the beauty of eating and drinking well in the quiet season.
Sommelier Margot Mazur has a grounded passion for wine. Writer of the column The Fizz and founder of the Maine Wild Wine Fest, Margot’s writing can be found in numerous publications. Teaching is a passion and her classes have had high praise from America’s Test Kitchen, Boston Magazine and more. Learn more about Margot here.
