Half and Full Day Use

  • Best for corporate retreats, wellness retreats, business meetings, and evening events with intricate set-up

    Package Includes:

    Exclusive access to The Hive for 8 hours

    1-2 planning calls (1 hr) with Event Manager

    1 (1 hr) site visit with the event manager and/or on-site coordinator before the event

    Catering and other additions available, including a farm tour and outdoor fire

  • Best for small business meetings, corporate lunches, baby and bridal showers, workshop events

    Package Includes:

    Exclusive access to The Hive for 4 hours (including set-up and breakdown)

    1-2 planning calls (1 hr) with Event Manager

    1 (1 hr) site visit with event manager and/or on-site coordinator before the event

    For workshop events, the Hive will not manage ticket sales but may post event on DSF website at the Event Manager’s discretion

    $600

Corporate, Wedding, or Family Event Rental

  • We are able to accommodate parties of up to 75 for indoor seating, and 175 people for standing events and those with tent rentals.


    Exclusive access to The Hive for single event day

    1 (1 hr) site visit with event manager and/or on-site coordinator before the event

    Covered catering facilities with walk-in cooler, running water, power, heat

    Access to the farm property for photos

    $3000

    (Additional options available including but not limited to dishware, and catering)

    For weddings & multi-day events:

    Venue rental fee of $8000 for full weekend access:

    • Friday 3PM - 9PM, Saturday 8AM-10PM, and fully cleaned out by Sunday at 11AM.

Private Dinner Rental

  • Exclusive access to The Hive for 4 hours

    1-2 planning calls (1 hr) with Event Manager

    1 (1 hr) site visit with the event manager and/or on-site coordinator before the event

    Covered catering facilities with walk-in cooler, running water, power, heat

    Set-up and break down must fall within rental hours unless otherwise specified by contract.

Hive Amenities

ALL HIVE RENTALS INCLUDE:

  • Use of the newly built timber framed barn and open space

  • Indoor capacity 100 standing / 84 seated

  • ADA compliant single-unit restroom

  • Parking for up to 35 cars (additional parking available)

  • Access to on-site kitchen

  • Tables and chairs for 50 

  • Trash management 

  • Internet capabilities, sound system 

  • Access to farm walking paths for photos 

  • On-site coordinator available for the duration of event rental for questions or concerns

ADD-ONS TO ANY PACKAGE: 

  • Catering - In house chefs. Local. Organic.

  • Fire pits (stocked with wood, maintained by on-site staff)

  • Parking attendants (required add-on for any event with more than 30 vehicles)
