Elixirs & Syrups
An elixir, or formally called an "oxymel" is a way of extracting the essence of herbs in vinegar and honey - a sweet sour elixir that is digestable and a carrier of the herbal qualities that are good for our health.
Tempest Elixir Ingredients: All Organic: Maine Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, Evening Primrose, Lemon Verbena, Mountain Mint
Stormy Elixir Ingredients: All Organic: Maine Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, Turmeric, White Pine, Sorrel
Instructions for use: Take as desired. Straight up or mix with water. 1 Tbsp per average glass size or add more!

ELDERBERRY SYRUP! Elderberries are known as a power house for immunity, especially through cold and flu season. You can’t over dose. Take a swig at the counter, drizzle on top of oatmeal or yogurt, or add to water.
Ingredients: Elderberries, Honey, Rose Hips, Anise Hyssop, Lemon Verbena, Apple Cider Vinegar, Burbon (small amount added as preservative.
